BODYThe body of the report itemizes information about the courses taken in the following manner:

INCOMING COURSESource institution’s subject area and course number

GRADE INPUTGrade awarded at the source institution

STATUS ACCEPTED

A course equivalency match has been completed.

NO RULEThe course is pending evaluation by an academic college evaluator.

UNITS TAKENNumber of credit hours received in the course

EQUIVALENT COURSEEquivalent OHIO course subject area and course number

UNITSNumber of credit hours awarded for the OHIO course

GRADEGrade awarded for the OHIO equivalent

REJECTEDThe course was remedial or developmental.

POSTEDEquivalency has been posted to the student’s o�cial student record.

NOTESNotes appear if there is additional information pertaining to the OHIO course, such as repeat codes
