Hansgrohe,Inc.warrantstotheoriginalconsumerpurchaserthathansgroheandAXORproductswillbefreefromdefectsinmate-rialandworkmanship foras longas theoriginalconsumerpur-chaserownsboththeproductandthehomeinwhichtheproductwasoriginallyinstalled.Forcommercialpurchasers,thewarrantyperiodis(a)one(1)yearforhansgroheproductsand(b)five(5)yearsforAXORproducts,ineachcasefromthedateofpurchase.Thewarrantyperiod forproducts in theRubbedBronze,MatteBlackandMatteWhitefinishesarethree(3)yearsfromthedateofpurchase.Thiswarrantyisnon-transferable.

Labor and other expenses for disconnection, deinstallation, orreturnof theproductforwarrantyservice(includingbutnot lim-itedtoproperpackagingandshippingcosts),or for installationorreinstallationoftheproductarenotcoveredbythiswarranty.

Hansgrohe,Inc.shallnotbeliableforanydamagetotheproductresultingfrom

• reasonablewearandtear• outdooruse• misuse(includinguseoftheproductforanunintended

application)• freezingwater• excessivewaterpressure• pipe corrosion in the home in which the product is

installed

• abuse, neglect or improper or incorrectly performedinstallation,maintenanceorrepair,includingtheuseofabrasiveorcausticcleaningagentsor“no-rinse”clean-ingproducts.

This warranty does not cover: (i) accessories, connected mate-rials and products, or related products not manufactured byHansgrohe, Inc. (ii) any hansgrohe or AXOR product sold fordisplaypurposesor(iii)hansgroheorAXORproductspurchasedfromunauthorizedsellers.
