Rules Amendments Effective December 1, 2013

Amendments to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure were approved by the JudicialConference at its September 2012 session, and subsequently adopted by the Supreme Court. Theamendments have since been transmitted to Congress and will take effect on December 1, 2013,unless Congress enacts legislation to the contrary. Detailed information regarding amendedbankruptcy rules and related forms is attached to this Notice.
