• Keep a Microsoft Access database that holds which patches we have applied and when
• Updated via saving PeopleSoft’s own web page and running a program that collects the needed information from that page and merging with Access database
• Use a collection of programs to track COBOL, Datamover, SQR’s, and SQC’s files

• Bundle many PeopleSoft Patches together.– Apply patches individually to DMO database– Insert Projects in to ‘BIG’ project.– Apply ‘BIG’ project to local databases

• WinRCS - Windows Interface to RCS
• Microsoft Access
