1. Collect smart card list (CSV file) using
vSEC:CMS DAS Upgrade Tool
2. Verify access: DAS Controller and
vSEC:CMS Operator
3. Select smart card list (CSV file) and verify
card/user details
4. Import smart cards to vSEC:CMS
