LIBERA IL BENE

Innovation is a process, not a method

New people for new processes

Without trust, no innovation! (Not buyable. But destroyable)

No change and innovation without community building

Allocating & Monitoring VS. Being useful

Not only a person responsible for the procedures, but mainly responsible procedures

Change is contagion, and is contagious

Nothing will happen as planned This may be a good news…

WHAT NEXT ?

Some keywords of the new initiatives we are planning..

- Communty organizer / youth workers

- National Citizen Service

- Voluntary work

- Youth centres as places of

non-formal education and participation

- More skills, learning-by-doing, peering

- 2.0 approach

“In times of change, learners inherit the earth, while the learned find themselves

beautifully equipped to deal with a world that no longer exists.”

E. Hoffer
