Applying New PUC Centre• Step 1 : Please choose [Action] ->[Register New/Old PUC

Centre.

• Step 2: Fill Form, fields like Centre Details, UserId/Password and Machine details.

• Step 3: Online Payment of Rs.10000/- for three years license.

• Step 3:Choose [Upload Documents] against generated application no.

• Step 4: Login with MVI user and do the a)Site Verification b) Upload Site Verification report .

• Step 5: Approve PUC User – By JTC level user at state

Step 1: Select Menu [Register New/Old PUC Centre]

Continue.. Fill Form, fields like Centre Details, UserId/Password and Machine details etc then Click on [Save].

Step 2: Online Payment of Rs.10000/-

Continue.. An Application will be generated.

Step 3: Select Menu [Upload Documents]

Continue.. Upload all the required documents.

Step 4: Login with MVI User for Site Verification.

Step 5: MVI User do the Site Verification against

Application Number.

Continue….Edit Option is available at Site Verification

Continue.. Verify and Click On [Approve/Reject]

Step 6: Select [Approve PUC User].

Continue.. Approve PUC User against Application Number.

Onboard PUC Centre

Onboard Existing PUC Centre

• Step 1 : Please choose [Action] ->[Register New/Old PUC Centre.

• Step 2: Fill Form, fields like Centre Details, User Id/Password and Machine details and click checkbox on existing user in filed detail etc then Click on [Save].

• Step 3:Choose [Upload Documents] against generated application no and upload document.

• Step 4: Login with DTO user and do the a)Site Verification b)Approve PUC Centre.

Step 1: Select Menu [Register New/Old PUC Centre]

Continue.. Check [Existing PUC Centre] and click on [Register] button.

Continue.. An Application will be generated

Step 2: Select Menu [Upload Documents]

Step 3: Login with DTO User for Site Verification and Approve PUC

Step 4: DTO User do the Site Verification against

Application Number.

Step 4: Edit Option is avilable at Site verification.

Merge PUC Centre

Step 1: Login with PUC Centre

Step 2: Select Merge PUC Centre

Step 3: Enter PUC centre code to be merged and click on Get Centre Dtls

Step 4: Click on Submit Details

Step 5: OTP has been send to registered mobile no which is to be merged. Enter OTP and click on Save

Step 6: Login With State Level credential.

Step 7: Select Merge Puc centre Approval

Step 8: Approve and Reject done by DTO user

Machine Add

Step 1: Login with PUC Centre

Step 2: Select Machine Detail Add option

Step 4: Fill all Machine Details.

Step 4: Application no. Will be generated for Verification and approval

Step 5: Login With MVI credential.

Application Number.

Step 7: Select(Approve Machine Addition Request)

Machine is successfully added in PUC Centre Login

Renewal of PUC Centre

Applying Renewal of PUC Centre• Step 1 : Login with PUC Centre

• Step 2: Select [PUC Centre Renewal].

• Fee – Rs.10000/- for three years.

• Step 3:Choose [Upload/Modify Documents] against generated application no.

• Step 4: Login with MVI user and do the a)Site Verification.

• Step 5: Approve Renewal Request at state user level.

• Note – Fine of Renewal(a)Before 1 month of expiry – no fine (b) Within 1 month Rs.1000/- and Rs.500/month after expiry of PUC.

Step 1: Login with PUC User for Renewal.

Step 2 : Select [Puc Center Renew]

Continue.. Click on [Puc Centre Renew].

Continue.. Pay fee Online

Continue.. Fill Form, fields like Centre Details, Machine details etc

then Click on [Save].

Continue.. An Application will be generated.

Step 2: Select Menu [Upload/Modify Documents]

Step 3: Login with MVI User for Site Verification.

Application Number.
