How to submit and retrieve soil samples and reportswww.dddi.org/bartlett
If you do not have an account, click ‘Request an account’ and an administrator will grant you access after you fill out the
registration form.
At the Login screen, enter your Username and password in the text boxes on the left of the screen, then click the
‘Login’ button.
Upon login, you will see a list of samples, if you have submitted any in the last 30 days, and their corresponding information.
To submit a soil sample, click ‘Soil Submission Form’.

Fill in the client information form (Red fields are required) with contact information. If client already exists go to the
select client in the drop down menu and select.
For existing clients
Enter information in the fields provided. Note that Red indicates required fields. Be sure to indicate the appropriate test and
plant species.
Must be correct
Once sample analysis has been completed, you will receive an E-mail notification. To retrieve the sample click on the link.

Soil analysis results are available in both a “Client PDF” and “Technician PDF”. The client PDF can be e-mailed directly
to the client.
E-mail to client
This is the client copy of the soil analysis results. Red indicates nutrients that are low or deficient.
This is the technician copy of the soil analysis report. It containsmore detailed information about soil prescription rates neededto correct any deficiencies.
Click ‘Home’ and the arrival/diagnostic status of your sample is displayed (a). You may also print a submission form from
this page for a sample if you forgot to previously (b).

By clicking the ‘Submitted by’ link, you can view an archive of previously submitted samples and information about
them. Click the sample number to retrieve the diagnosis
