LIMITED TENDR NOTICE
Dated:- e.{J06/2012.
I. Limited Tenders are invited from interested dealers by the Statistical Officer, TSP Cell,
Collectorate, Daman on behalf on the President of India for supply food grains, pulses,
oil, grocery items ect. As per annexure for tribal students to two Ashramshala functioning
at Zari & Bhimpore, on quarterly basis.
2. Last dated for receipt of limited tenders in the office of Statistical Officer, TSP Cell,
Collectorate, Daman is 02/07/2012 (up to 3.00 p.rn) and will be opened on 03/07/2012
at 4.00 p.m. if possible in the office of the Statistical Officer, TSP Cell, Moti Daman in
the presence of the purchase committee and renderer(s) or their representative(s) if
present.
3. The Tenderer should send along with tender by as Earnest Money deposit equivalent to
2.5% of total tendered value in the form of deposit at Call Receipt/Fixed Deposit Receipt
drawn on the State Bank of India or any other scheduled Bank of Darnan IN favour of the
Statistical Officer, TSP Cell, Daman. The rate should be inclusive of transportation
charges and all taxes for supply of food grains, pulses, oil, grocery items ect. To the
Ashrarnshalas every quarter. Sample of all items except specified brand should be sent
alongwith tender,. Supply order will be issued quarterly.
4. Tenders shall be accepted up to 3.00 p.rn on 02/07/2012. Tenders shall be opened in the
presence of tenders of 03/07/2012 at 4.00 p.m. The Limited Tender Notice could also bedownload from the website: www.nic.daman.in.
5. The dealers who have registration with CSTN AT are only required to submit their
tenders otherwise summarily rejected.
6. The tenderers are required to produce/attach the following documents with tender inaddition to above mentioned documents.
i) A copy of Food Licence from the Competent Authority.
ii) A copy of VAT/ST Registration.
iii) A copy of PAN/TAN of income Tax
