A partnership was produced to provide FREE health fairs to the community, giving individuals a sample of the programs we have to offer while empowering them to make a difference in their own life TODAY. The Y is committed to providing families access to resources that build strong families for generations to come.

Chris Powell, from ABC's "Extreme Weight Loss" is visiting the Maryvale YMCA on Monday. We invite you to attend as Chris lead a 2.5 - minute movement exercise from his nonprofit, Move One Million.
