50 Years PE pipesfor gas and water supply

• flexibility (pipes in variable lengths)

• resistance against corrosion

gas supply:

•PE transport pipelines for gas are normally used until DN 200

•Some big cities until DN 350e.g. London (England) up to DN 600

today DN 600 or even larger

-water supply:

PE up to DN 200 is more economicalthan cast iron (in the opinion some major

water companies)
