• Describe your problem and need for change (What is the “pain point” you’re solving?)
• Get all stakeholder input• Gather evidence (quantitative/qualitative)• Link to organisational key strategic goals• Sell your message – showcase your ideas• Find others who are doing/need to do something similar
(CoPs) – Ask others for help• Write a business case (scenarios if do/don’t change)
