Introduction:The VANTAiO HR Portal is a preconfigured Trade Portal solution for HR departments in companies.

The solution is based on a modular system and ready-made content, enabling a very efficient implementation and reducing project times and costs significantly.

The portal solution allows the restructuring and simplification of established procedures and the release of the HR staff from time-consuming recurring tasks. That way capacities are freed up and can be profitably used for the further development of the HR department and the advising of employees and executives.

… with over 200 menu items, including sub navigation and landingpages. Exemplary structures and content are provided to the clients and can be individually customised with the integrated Content Management System, according to their needs.

Work Frame:The content is designed to be the main focus.

This is enhanced by lowering the framework’s visual importance in the minimized state.

Central Entry Point:The front page is the entry point for the HR department, executives and employees.

With its comprehensive HR functionalities package the VANTAiO HR Portal provides the HR department, executives and employees with central access to all relevant information, services and applications for their business purposes.

Sticky Header:The header is there when you need it.

The header remains visible when scrolling and therefore facilitates the access to important functions, e.g. tasks, search or personal profile.

Navigation:One user experience for all devices

The navigation concept was made for smartphones, tablets and desktop computers. Mobile first was the philosophy for the chosen approach.Structure and design are consistently adjusted to an optimal user experience: working with the HR portal is intuitive and easy, thus making it especially fun.

Universal Search:results are shown in categories, e.g. people

An alternative access to all information of the HR content is the search-based approach. Users find e.g. documents, business data or colleagues by simply entering keywords in the central search cockpit. The filters on the right allow further tweaking of the search results.

Fully responsive:The same content accessible on different devices

The framework looks good on mobile devices, desktop computers and even on your smartwatch.

Modular approach:The solution is based on a modular system with limitless possibilities

Depending on individual customer requirements the VANTAiO HR Portal can be flexibly adapted and expanded. The grid approach ensures that the delivered HR content modules automatically adapt their layouts to the given grid space.

Customisable:The customer can easily change design and layout.

The framework is adaptable to the company's own corporate design and colour scheme. It is also possible to configure the layout of the content modules by choosing provided design faces or creating individual ones.
