Introducing the NEW SAWC Virtual Event

▪ Attend Sessions: 4-5 Tracks Offered with Live Q&A

▪ Visit the virtual Poster Hall

▪ Program is available 60 days post-event for attendees including the Exhibit Hall and Poster Hall

▪ 5+ Hours of unopposed Exhibitor Hours with the Exhibit Hall open all three days of the meeting

▪ Since you cannot access the exhibit hall, we will provide a URL to direct traffic to your booth once available.

▪ If you have Virtual Networking Rooms included in your sponsorship package, HMP will provide a link to these rooms.

▪ If you have an Industry Supported Symposia or Innovation Theatre program, HMP will supply a link for your team to watch the program live.

▪ Attendees will have a different view when they login to the system since they have access to all parts of the platform.

▪ Links to the Exhibit Hall, ISS and IT programs will be prominently featured on the homepage.

▪ Attendee Training is being offered on Thursday, July 16th at 4pm EST.

▪ Your team will connect, chat/message and set up meetings with attendees through the networking platform

▪ Exhibitors will NOT have access to the Exhibit Hall, Industry Supported Symposia or Innovation Theatre programs

▪ Attendees will reach out to your team via the same networking platform

Step 1: Get Ready to Network

▪ Login using your username and badge ID

- Your team should have already been registered for the conference as company representatives. You should have received an email with your login and credentials with additional instructions. Check your inbox.

- Access to the show will be available for all on July 21st.

▪ Set up your profile

Step 2: Set up your Schedule

▪ Manage your availability/schedule for the conference

▪ 1:1 Video Meetings available starting July 24th (first day of the conference) and extend until July 30th

▪ Manage notifications

▪ You can change or update your schedule and notifications at any time

Step 3: Start Connecting

▪ Start connecting with attendees through the recommendations, search function or filters

▪ Once someone accepts your connection, you will be able to chat/message them directly.

▪ Opportunity to schedule a 1:1 meeting with attendees
