Antifriction bearing company was founded in Gorakhpur in 1st January 1989. It is located in 23-F, Industrial Area, Gorakhpur area.

This was the 2nd Turbine bearing manufacturing company in Uttar Pradesh. The main branch of this company is in Govind Nagar, Kanpur.

Antifriction Bearing is an ISO 9001 certified company. This company manufactures turbine bearing whose weight is 2 quintal.

1. Understanding the drawings made on the drawing sheet provided by the suppliers.2. Making 2d drawings of each particular part in drawing sheet with full dimension. 3. Then calculating the error if any and make an error free diagram

4. Helping the labour to understanding the diagram and their dimension.

5. If any part design is complex, the design was redesign by the designer in simple form.

HONING:-Hole made by boring is obtained to required dimension

and finishing by honing. In this process abrasive stone is used.The dimension to an accuracy of 0.005mm can be obtained by honing.

Metallurgical Process:-

The science that deals with procedures used in  extracting metals from their ores purifying and alloying metals, and creating objects form metals.

White metal is the product of metallurgical process purified on the surface of the work piece.

White Metal:-White metal is a Tin based alloy. Tin based

alloy consist the alloy of antimony, tin , copper. copper or antimony increases hardness and tensile strength and decreases ductility. Thickness of white metal is 3mm to 5mm.
