Who we are: LeadershipDr. Jamie Tan, Chief Executive Officer and CofounderJamie guides Imaginestics' vision, technical strategy, and product direction. Prior to founding Imaginestics, Jamie was the Director of Research and Development at Maxim I/T. He held several senior research and software development positions in Massachusetts with Lam Research Corporation, Loral Corporation, ADE Corporation, and Vivid Technologies before moving to Indiana. Dr. Tan received his Ph.D. in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and holds a master's degree in Physics from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and a bachelor's degree in physics from Fudan University, China.

Lloyd Fields, President and Chief Operations OfficerLloyd leads operations and growth at Imaginestics from sales through customer experience. Lloyd has built 30 years of military and industry experience, serving in leadership positions and in senior advisory capacities to leading manufacturing and technology service organizations. Prior to joining Imaginestics as President and COO, he served as Vice President Federal Business Unit for Morris Technologies, COO at TiER1 Performance Solutions, and President & CEO at DigiLore, as well as serving as President & CEO to Nainesh Rathod's company, Maxim I/T.

Mahendra Babu A.H., Chief Software ArchitectBabu leads Imaginestics' software development team. Babu received his master's degree in Computer Science from Purdue University, West Lafayette and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy, India.
