Easy to use and install Quick Compulsory (in the context of a hospital it
is an added advantage) Can be used in any field, not applicable
only to hospitals. Simple circuitry and current available
technologies minimize the cost Particularly relevant during outbreak of
disease
It could be possible for one person to open the door and allow several other people through without sanitizing their hands. Implementation of a turnstile to allow only single-user
entry People might be allergic to the hand sanitizer.
Ensure sanitizer is pH neutral, hypoallergenic etc. People might not have hands/might not have
available hands to use the sanitizer. Overtime, bacteria can become resistant to
overused sanitizers.
