HomeLife Benchmark Realty (White Rock) was established in 1984. It was then the third branch of Benchmark
Realty to open that year in the Fraser Valley. At that time the White Rock office had 7 salespeople. Today it boasts
over 100 salespeople and is one of the largest companies in the entire Fraser Valley.
The office is run by Len Doray, Managing Partner, and supported by Stuart Loutet, Assistant Manager with each
having over 30 years experience in the business. A support staff of seven ensures that inquiries are handled promptly
and professionally and that sales people receive the support they need to serve their customers and clients in a timely
manner.
HomeLife prides itself on enlisting the latest in technology and training. Equipment and software are regularly updated
and serviced by company technicians while regular training sessions are provided to the sales staff to ensure that they
have all the tools necessary to do their business effectively.
The White Rock office is very involved in the community and has been since 1988, when it established a Community
Public Relations (CPR) fund. All salespeople contribute to this fund by giving up a percentage of their gross
commission annually. Each of the three high schools receives $1000 scholarships and contributions to their libraries.
HomeLife is also a major sponsor of the Tour de White Rock, Crescent Beach Triathlon and a host of other
worthwhile events.
The HomeLife office in White Rock is ground floor located on the busiest street in the area and has over 180 feet of
signage fronting the street. You will also find HomeLife Listings strategically displayed in shopping malls and Kiosks
throughout the Fraser Valley. The listings range from residential to commercial, condominiums to acreage and even
businesses.
When a property is listed with HomeLife, over 100 HomeLife Salespeople are notified electronically the moment it is
submitted to the office and well before the Multiple Listing Service is able to process it. This enables our Buyer’s to
get knowledge of our large inventory of listings before the competition.
In addition, HomeLife listings are made available for viewing, with the Seller’s permission, to its entire sales force at
its regular Office Tours, often resulting in an offer that very same day. Small wonder that most of HomeLife’s listings
are sold by HomeLife salespeople.

Dave and Cindy have lived and worked in the South Surrey/White Rock and Langley areas all our lives. South Surrey/
White Rock offers a resort sea side community, minutes to the border and within an hour of mountains and lakes. They enjoy
the professional environment, top rated schools, community centers including soft ball city, two ice rinks, indoor and outdoor
pools, movie theatres, great shopping and so much more.
Dave and Cindy pride themselves on giving back to the community. They are members of the local Chamber of Commerce,
donate to various charities, run an annual winter blanket drive, spring community garage sale and a complimentary brunch for
valued clients.
Dave, a 15 year REALTOR® and Cindy a 17, year REALTOR® are both consistent top producing agents, together
selling an average of 75 homes each year, anywhere from entry level homes to luxury properties, with business mainly
derived from friends, business acquaintances, repeat clients, client and REALTOR referrals.
Dave and Cindy feel their success is due to client satisfaction: being organized, providing detailed reports, offering
extensive building, real estate and financial knowledge, plus building life time relationships and marketing to the local and out
of town REALTORS, accommodating their showing requests and offering preferred commissions.
Dave has an extensive 25 year building and development background working with his own funds and hiring
REALTORS®, building over 200 homes, an apartment building and subdividing numerous parcels of land. Dave is able to
provide clients on the spot solutions and quickly resolve problems.
Cindy comes with a banking background and loads of energy selling 22 homes on her own, in her first year of real estate.
She is also a current 9 year mortgage broker, providing clients both real estate and financial advice.
Dave and Cindy are in control of their business, they are the REALTORS® you hire and the ones working listings or
buyers, not unlicensed assistants or realtors in training.
All three of their children are in the real estate and the mortgage business, working with their own clients and creating
their own successes.
Dave with his building experience is typically first to show the listings and promote the properties to REALTORS and
potential buyers, plus attends the home inspections to ensure a seamless process. Cindy manages the office, produces
market evaluations, markets the listings, follows up on leads, answers phones, emails and provides updates to sellers.
Both Dave and Cindy work with buyers drawing on each other's resources to assist clients in the search for the perfect home
for their needs. Choosing the right investment takes time and patience. Dave and Cindy pride themselves in offering expert
advise including the reasons not to purchase a property.
Dave and Cindy have put together a proven team of professionals over the years: design consultants, cleaning services,
photographers, builders, trades to prepare homes for sale and after sales service to resolve problems quickly to ensure moves

second nature to her. Growing up in South Surrey/White Rock, Amanda is knowledgeable about the area, including the
