Leadership
•I’m not sure if I treat children & campers the same way I treat adults or if I treat adults the same way I treat children & campers, but either way it works.
•Individuals at work are looking for someone to lead them
O’REILLY@campleadership
Leadership• They learned
anyone would follow you if you know where you are going
• They learned to think ahead
• They learned to be energetic
• They learned to praise the behavior they wanted to see
