Tens of thousands of wounded warriors and caregivers receive supporteach year through WWP programs designed to nurture the mind andbody, and encourage economic empowerment and engagement.
MINDInteractive programs, rehabilitative retreats, peer support, andprofessional services empower wounded warriors to maintain healthy,meaningful relationships and to pursue life goals without the barriers andstigma associated with mental health issues.
BODYLiving active, healthy lives through adaptive sports, recreationalactivities, and nutrition education allows wounded warriors to achieveindependence and enjoy an improved quality of life.
ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENTCollegiate education programs, information technology training, andemployment assistance provide long-term financial stability for injuredservice members and their families.
ENGAGEMENTThe Alumni and Peer Mentoring programs help warriors stay connected astheir needs evolve. The Policy & Government Affairs program gives them avoice in local and national issues that impact them.
