POPULAR SOFTENING SYSTEM UPGRADES
BRINE SILO SYSTEMRemote, bulk salt storage, located outdoors or indoors. Outdoor units normally include brine pumping systems to transfer brine water to an indoor tank. Indoor units usually incorporate blow-in salt mechanisms (which consist of piping, outdoor access panels, and brine silo “salt socks” to prevent salt infiltration into the mechanical room). Sizes can vary from hundreds, to thousands of pounds of salt capacity.
ACCU-PIPE SKID-MOUNTED SYSTEMSWater Control Commercial softening and filtration equipment, pre-piped, pre-wired, and pre-mounted on a heavy-duty, powder-coated, steel skid. These systems make installation a breeze: Simply connect inlet/outlet piping, drain lines, and a 120V power supply. Standard piping manifolds are grooved copper, but are also available in copper sweat, copper press, stainless steel, PVC, CPVC, and PPR-CT (polypropylene). Skids feature adjustable feet for proper leveling, with seismic restraint options available.

Iron Filtration
Chemical Removal
pH Adjustment
Reverse Osmosis
Deionization
Disinfection

BRINE RECLAMATIONAn electronically-controlled regeneration system, which forces salty “brine” water to make additional passes through the media bed (prior to being sent to drain). This typically provides salt and regeneration water savings of 20%-40% (system dependent), with no tangible loss in system efficiency or media life. On larger systems, financial payback in salt savings alone often occurs within 12-18 months.
