Customer Service AwardCriteria and Instructions

CRITERIA

This category is open to: individuals, group of individuals or organisations.

Nominees are required to meet each of the following criteria:

Customer service excellence in the performance of a role or in the performance of a project.

Leadership or innovation in customer service.

Provide evidence to prove the customer service performance contributed to the improvement of overall business performance.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS OF NOMINATION

Each of the criteria must be addressed in the nomination.

Nominees are strongly encouraged to include supporting material, including testimonials from customers.

Self-nominations by Individuals must provide:o a second/third party endorsemento referee contact details

SUBMITTING YOUR NOMINATION

To submit your nomination, respond to the questions on the Customer Service Award Nomination Form.

Nominations must be saved with the category title and nominating company/individual.

Supporting material must also be saved clearly with attachment number, category title and nominating company/individual.

Email completed nomination (including supporting material) to events@ara.net.au .

If sending multiple nominations, please send each in a separate email.
