Credit History
We will be using our combined personal credit in order to gather the loan we
require in order to start our new business “Indestructible Racing.” All together we
will have a rather good credit score that will show that each individual has
maintained good credit over the course of the years that his or her credit has been
established.

The location that we chose has put us in the heart of Ontario California which
is a very strategic place to be in. within a 5 mile radius of our shop there are 5 other
potential competitors. The closest of the five being right around the corner from us
is a shop called Performance Carb. This shop specializes in rebuilding carburetors of
all sorts from your standard OEM rebuild to a high performance carburetor which
could lead this shop to being a potential vendor for us. The next closest shop to us is
Roadster Tuner which wont pose too much of a threat to us seeing that they only
work on Mazda Miata’s. The third being another potential vendor called Precision
Custom Engines who specializes in building race motors and seeing as we are high
performance technicians this shop may be a good place to outsource jobs to. The
next on the list is roughly 3 miles away from us is another carburetor repair shop
called Performance Carburetor. The last and final shop that is near us is a high
performance shop by the name of GTR High Performance. This shop specializes in
the Nissan GTR however they also do other work for various makes and models.
What sets us apart from all the rest of these shops is that we don’t specialize in any
specific model we have a rather broad market that also makes us the only shop in
the area with the ability to perform work on off-road vehicles.
