First Day Of School,
Friday, 2 January 2015
• School begins 7.20 am – 1.00 pm
• P1 pupils will report to their classrooms before 7.20am.
• Form teachers will be in class from 7 am to receive the pupils in their classrooms.
• Pupils will stay in class during morning assembly.
• Parents are to remain in the canteen until end of the day.
(Note: Parents please vacate the seats for pupils as
space is needed for P1 girls and their Buddy
Sisters as well as P2 girls as it is a combined
recess)
Second Day Of School, Monday, 5 January 2015
Dismissal on 1st two days
Dismissal is one period earlier @ 1.00 pm for P1 pupils on the 1st two days only to allow the bus-drivers to familiarize the pupils with their bus queues in the school hall.
1st Two Days Of School
• Parents are allowed to stay in school on the 1st
two days. Please be in the school canteen.
• P5 Buddy Sisters will guide and teach the P1
pupils to buy food during recess from Monday,
5 Jan till Wednesday, 7 Jan.

Pupils will report directly to their classrooms upon reaching school Form teachers will be in classrooms to receive the pupils Pupils will be taught school assembly procedures before joining the rest of the school for flag raising on Friday, 9th January 2015

• Fringe should be short or neatly pushed back with hair-band
• Shoulder length/long hair should be neatly tied up in plaits or pony-tails
• Fancy hair-bands or hair-clips are not allowed
• Colour of hair accessories – white, blue or black
• Check your child’s bag. Do not allow her to bring unnecessary books to school.
• Label all your child’s personal belongings – E.g. water bottle, purse, stationery, etc
• Plastic Name Tags need to be worn for 1st & 2nd week of school
• No mobile phones or devices allowed in school
• Refer to handbook for more details

Safety of Your Child Our greatest concern in the school is the safety
of our pupils!
•Due to the limited parking facilities, no parking
within the school premise.
•Parents are not allowed to alight or fetch their
daughters at the exit side gate and at the zebra
crossing.
