Individual Counseling may focus on:
• Changes in sleep
• Changes in eating patterns
• More frequent headaches than typical
• Recurring colds, muscle aches, tightness
• More disorganized thinking than usual
• Increased difficulty in completing task
•Increased generalized frustration and anger
Warning Signs of Stress: “Too”
Be Aware
• Sadness, anxiety, or "empty" feelings
• Decreased energy, fatigue, being "slowed down"
• Loss of interest or pleasure in usual activities
• Appetite and weight changes (either loss or gain)
• Feelings of hopelessness, guilt, and worthlessness
• Difficulty concentrating, making decisions, or remembering
• Irritability or excessive crying

• Feeling tense throughout the day
• Restricting activities to cope with anxiety
• Experiencing panic
• Experiencing intense fear of specific situations
