Jason’s message for September 2013

Interest rates continue to move higher, crossing 4.5% for a 30-year fi xed mortgage. This rate, while historicallylow, is at a 2-year high. When rates fell below 3%, it seemed very unlikely that they would remain there. In fact, they have now risen in dramatic fashion. Don’t continue to wait for rates to jump further. The housingmarket is in the midst of a recovery and it is a greattime to take advantage as a Buyer or Seller.

With offi ces in Weston Town Center and Las Olas to better serve all of Broward’sultra-luxury realestate market.
