• Establish a region-wide obesity prevention campaign that includes pediatric, adult, & family health education on obesity prevention
• Provide resources to support existing fitness, nutrition, & lifestyle/behavioral modification programs
• Offer health screening, clinical case management, nutritional counseling, pharmacy assistance & other health services related to obesity & chronic disease prevention & treatment

Anticipated Challenges• Maintaining communication & organizational

Consortium), Project Coordinator organize quarterly/annual meetings,
nurture collaborative relationships, & ensure communication transparency

Bonheur Children’s Hospital
• Evaluation of multiple programso Resolutions: Evaluation methods are streamlined & process evaluation

evaluation requirements are met in a timely manner
