EmailverificationWehaveaddedaverificationfunctiontoensurethatthepatient’semailhasbeencorrectlyenteredintoSocrates.Thepatientwillbeaskedtoentertheirdayandyearofbirthwhentheygettheirfirstemail,ortheiremailaddressischanged.Ifthisdoesn’tmatchwhatisinSocratesuserswillreceiveamessagetellingthemthattheyneedtocheckthedetailswiththepatient.ThereisanewreportinSocrateswhichwilllistthevalidationstatusofeachpatient,registered,pending,failed,etc,andthisisalsodisplayedonthedemographicscreenasbelow.Thisisanoptionalfeature,ifyouwanttouseitcontactussowecansetyouupontheserver.Thereisnoadditionalchargeforthisservice.
