Select the correct tray size (Small, Medium, Large, Extra-Large) that best fits the patient’s mouth. Compare tray sizes against the patient’sexisting dentures or directly in the patient’s mouth.

Remove the healing abutments from the implants using the correspondinghex hand driver.
B Select the locator abutment accordingly to the appropriate gingival height, considering the prosthesis and oral environment of the patient.
C Take the impression. Refer to the standard impression protocols found in the Whole You DENTCA Tray Impression Manual for more details.

Ordering / Shipping
1. Place your order online at www.wholeyou.com
2. Sterilize all impression and bite items and anything to be submitted to Whole You before packaging.
3. Package, label and ship the impression parts (including detached posteriors) and the printed denture order form to Whole You.

A Evaluate the try-in by following the instructions in the “Try in evaluationand adjustment instructions” that should be included with your case.
Note: Whole You will provide space for the attachment cap according to the hole on the impression. However if more space should be needed, proceed to enlarge the implant holes with a slow speed hand piece/acrylic bur.
Ordering / Shipping
1. Place your adjustments (If necessary)/Final Processing request online at www.wholeyou.com
2. Sterilize all Try-Ins and anything to be submitted to Whole You before packaging.
3. Package and ship the Try-in’s to Whole You.
Note: Try-Ins must always be returned to Whole You even if no adjustments are necessary.

A Place the block out spacer and processing denture caps over the attachments.
B If space is insu�cient for proper denture seating, enlarge the denture holeswith a slow speed hand piece/acrylic bur; and then proceed to look for sorespots like a conventional denture delivery.
Note: Whole You will design the mucosal shape according to the shape of the impression, and will provide space for the attachment cap in the final denture.

C Fill the denture holes with self-curing acrylic and seat the denture in the mouth.
D After the material has fully polymerized, separate the denture from the patient’s implants. Remove any excess material around retainers and polish as needed.
Note: Acrylic curing times vary by manufacturer, please refer to manufacturer’s instructions for more information.
