“User Experience” encompasses all aspects of the end-user’s interaction with the company, service, or products.

“Usability” is a quality attribute of the UI, covering whether the system is easy to learn, efficient to use, pleasant, etc. Also

extremely important work in conjunction with “User Experience.”
