2. Users an user’s needs
Intermediate-level users They are the target of Pilot 1 services. They use LU/LC layer with their own information. Their needs include queries and reports, advance
visualization, advance overlay, spatial and temporal analysis, downloads and uploads.
This group includes technicians of the Public Administration at different levels; public entities from different sectors (urban land, forest and rural environments); private companies; Universities; architects and engineers.
