About this event:
Counterfeiting is a multi-billion-dollar problem today, impacting all
stakeholders of society and emerged as a global problem. With low barriers
to the market entry and infiltration, no country is immune from the impact of
counterfeiting and no single sector can be said to be an exception. The
market for fake or counterfeit or smuggled products is one of the biggest
challenges faced by Indian industry, impacting 'Brand India' globally.
This workshop is a series of events by Authentication Solution Providers'
Association (ASPA) to create awareness amongst brand owners and
government officials towards counterfeiting and importance of
authentication solutions in fighting this problem.
This workshop is designed for professional entrepreneurs, brand managers
and government officials on how to protect their brands, trademarks, service
marks, and copyright. By attending the workshop, participants will obtain
valuable insight from ASPA members (protecting more than 15000 brands
globally) and those who are working in – or are currently building – an anti-
counterfeiting & brand protection program.
