Migration Logistics

• Training commenced : 15 May 2017

• Both platforms are running in parallel

• Create tab on ReQuest to be removed after the training

has been completed

• DRSS (old) platform will remain available to finalize

requests and draw reports/statistics for as long as

necessary

• DRSS (old) platform will be switched off after successful migration and completed training

What you need to do?

• ReQuest on the old Platform

• Finalize missing and lost items

• Clean-up message file (items which require action)

• Draw reports / statistics

• ReQuest on the new Platform

• Ensure OCLC Registry details are correct

• Ensure that you are familiar with your institution’s WSILLURLand that you are able to login

• There is no integration between the two platforms

• No transactions or statistics will be transferred from ReQuest to

WSILL
