INGREDIENTS

185 grams of sugar

Zest of one lemon

150 grams of butter

150 grams of natural yogurt

Three eggs

275 grams of rising flour

First, lets melt the butter, and put it in a bowl

After that, add the sugar and stir it well

Put the eggs in the same bowl, mix it well

Next, wash the lemon, grate it, and add it to the mixure

Mix it, and add the yougurt and spice

Add the flour in the bowl and mix itfor two minutes

Now, lets grease the pan with butter

Put the mixure into the pan

Cook it for 45 minutes at 180°C

Enjoy it!! You can sprinkle a bit powdered sugar.

Perfect with mate!!!
