Your Degree Audit Once you have successfully logged into Gulfline and accessed Degree Works your degree audit
will display.
The “Back to Gulfline” option will direct you back to your Gulfline account.
The “FAQ” option will open the Degree Works Frequently Asked Questions on the Office of
Academic & Curriculum Support’s website.
At the top of the audit your current information will display including: UIN, Name, Degree,
Major, Classification (freshman, sophomore, etc.), and the last time your audit was run.
Below that information are two tabs, the default tab is “Worksheets”. There are three different
formats to the “Worksheets” tab: “Student View”, “Graduation Checklist”, and “Registration

down arrow as shown below and clicking “View”.

degree audit click “Save as PDF” first, and then print from the PDF display. Printing this way will
print your degree audit in the correct format.

Your Degree Audit cont. The “Student View” box displays all of your current academic information.
The “Degree Progress” bar is an estimation of all of the completed “blocks” in your degree
audit. This bar is only used as a visual representation and may not reflect an accurate
percentage of degree completion.
Your degree audit is broken down into what we call “blocks” including: degree block, general
education block, common prerequisites block, etc.
Each block lists requirements as complete, not complete, or in-progress.
The degree block lists all of the other blocks contained in your degree audit. Each block can be
viewed by scrolling through the audit or clicking on the link(s) shown below.

the grade) and in-progress courses will display with a REG to indicate you are registered for the
course. The number of credits and the term a course is completed or in-progress will also
display.
