All taps produced by Zucchetti undergo Resistance tests with strong Water hammering with pressures up to 50 bar and “opening-closing-mixing” cycles equivalent to over 10 yearsof normal use (approx. 500,000 cycles of use)

Furthermore, Quality Control proceduresinclude a seal test through the intake of compressed air on each fused tap product; an exhausting test and very rare in the sector, which testifies the rigorous nature of the Zucchetti standards of quality.

Zucchetti was the first and still is the only Italian company that subjects the cartridges it produces to the Carbonplus treatment, an innovative technological procedure whereby the elements in question are coated with a thin layer of carbon, giving high resistance to wear and fluid movement.
