2- Depended mainly on the strong interfering – politically and military – in the internal affairs of the Arabic and regional countries.

Palestinian- Israeli conflict. Lebanese civil war. Controlling Lebanon. Lebanese- Israeli conflict. Turkish- Kurdish conflict. Iraqi- Iranian war. 1973 October war with Israel. Jordan invasion 1970 Golf war2 1991 and liberation of Kuwait.

Between 2000 – 20111- Managed by President ‘Bashar Al-Assad’ son
