Sir,I am directed to invite your attention to DCl's letter No. DE-167 -2015/941 dated 16.04.2015,

subsequent reminder dated 02.06.2015 and 10.07.2015, on the above mentioned subject whereby youwere requested to furnish the requisite information as per annexure-II of section 12 of DCI Regulations onCurbing the Menace of Ragging in Dental Colleges, 2009 by 30th April, 2015 but despite giving anotheropportunity vide DCI letter dated 10.07.2015, your dental institution has not furnish the requisiteinformation/feedback till date.

In view of the above, the last opportunity is hereby given to your Dental Institution to furnish therequisite information/feed back to DCI office by Fax I E·mail I CD (Re·Writable) form as well as hardcopy (printing copy signed by the Principal) within 10 days from the date of the issue of this letter,failing which, the DCI shall have no option but to take action as per the provision of the DCIRegulations on curbing the Menace of Ragging in Dental College, 2009.

If your dental institution has not received the aforesaid DCI letters, the same can be downloadedfrom the DCl's website i.e. www.dciindia.org.

This may kindly be treated as Most Urgent.
