The special design bureau (SDB) is equipped withstate-of-the-art technical equipment and software as well as staffed with highlyqualified engineering personnel and thus the following services may be provided:
Development of working design documents based on engineering
designs of design institutes.
Strength calculation for vessels and apparatus, also with account of wind loads and earthquake loads.
A single drawing (assembly or assembly unit), basic set of engineering
documents or full set of engineering documents may be ordered depending on thepurpose of documentation.
Hallmarks of the engineering documentation, developed by DesignDepartment NATEK, include:
compliance with the requirements of norms, specifications, supervisory authorities, industry-specific regulations and standards,

EXAMPLES OF COMPLETED PROJECTSOur engineering bureau has experience in implementing complex projects. During years of work, the employees of our engineering bureau has carried out projects of standard devices, the main parameters are taken according to GOST, TU, etc., as well as fully non-standard, design parameters of which were selected basing on required performance characteristics by designers themselves. Non-standard devices design allows us to unlock creativity of our employees.
2ND STAGE COOLER. NATEK 410.002.000.000.
It is a tube-and-shell heat exchanger with a mass of 1.6 tons with fixed tube sheets. The source data was the diameter of the shell and the heat exchange area. The designers calculated the length and number of pipes and a fully-developed the design of inlet and outlet chambers.

The item is a horizontal boiler with a mass of 44 tons with internal devices. During the development of engineering documentation, the designers had to completely engineer the internal devices. In the beginning of the design only general dimensions of the device were known.

EXAMPLES OF COMPLETED PROJECTSOne of the most challenging item of our engineering bureau. The main difficulties are associated with severe operating conditions: the pressure in the item is about 13 MPa, the temperature of about 460°C, working services contain hydrogen sulphide H S. Such conditions specify higher requirements to the design. 2
High-temperature steel grades SA-542M Type B Cl.4 + SA-240M, Type 321 with corrosion-resistant steel overlay were applied. The production technology involved the use of complicated welding work and heat treatments.

Our engineering bureau has provided the necessary engineering support for the factory during the entire production cycle. The
employees of GC NATEK gave all the forces, knowledge and experience to this project and the engineering bureau get in on the

design. In the course of work it is necessary to solve a
number of interesting engineering problems, from
identifying the optimal number of assembly parts to the
fixing of the column in the vehicle. Basically the columns are
designed in cooperation with design institutes. In the course
of our work there were situations when the designers have
found ways to improve and finalize the original design of the
column.
