• Customize the standard view by minimizing or closing unnecessary panels
• Use ctrl+h to hide or un-hide panels• Use F5 to initiate full screen and F5 or the escape
key to reenter the meeting console• Use the view drop down menu to access the
viewing options or to restore the default panel layout

In order: share feature, whiteboard, web slide, text slide, polling slide, snapshot slide
You can use a variety of sharing options:
• Sharing Frame
– Toggle between multiple applications. Size the Sharing frame to expose only those parts of an application you want to share.
• Desktop share– Share everything on your desktop – Provide more freedom and ease of navigation
through multiple programs
• Application share– Select one application– Share control of the application with one
participant at a time or with many– Provide privacy by restricting view and control
of your application

As the Presenter you have many options to manage your meeting and work with those who attend. You can:
• See who is “in charge” in the presenter panel• See who has joined in the attendee panel• Lock a meeting and the Meeting Lobby• Use the seating chart to ask quick questions and
determine the status of your participants• Take and answer questions from your participants• Import files or share applications

• Text– Create a slide or resource for text. Copy and paste information to/from
here.– Use for task lists, outlines, meeting minutes, or anything textual

•Click the Snapshot icon
•Center the snapshot frame over anything visible on your desktop
•Left-click the snapshot button and choose take snapshot
