Examine developmental outcomes among high- risk NICU graduates. Make appropriate recommendations for developmental follow-up and early intervention services for high-risk NICU graduates. Medical follow-up of High-risk NICU Graduates Presented by Silvia B. Fajardo-Hiriart, M.D., Objectives: To review the transition process for high-risk infants from the NICU to a pediatric medical home. To identify the common medical conditions seen in high-risk infants in the follow-up clinic.
