Photographic simulation

This computerised photographic simulation has been produced

by the iGuzzini Illuminazione Spa Lighting Design Department

based on the general indications of the client.

This simulation, takes into account the lighting effects of the

single lighting fittings, but should be considered as a virtual

lighting hypothesis as close as possible to real conditions.

Especially in the case of complex urban-architectural areas, we

suggest on-site verifications with sample lighting fittings to

verify the proposed positions and light effects. Therefore,

iGuzzini illuminazione Spa does not take any responsibility

regarding the implementation of the simulation.

This simulation, being an intellectual work, is protected by the

regulations concerning artistic and literary property.

iGuzzini illuminazione Spa is entitled to the exclusive moral

copyrights and property of the simulation, therefore the client,

shall not, for any reason whatsoever:

- copy and transfer the simulation, even partially to third parties

- use, refashion and modify the simulation also through third

parties

- develop simulation, which could be considered as imitations or

derivations of the one proposed herewith.
