Administrative Services is a support organization. Customer satisfaction via customer service is our responsibility.
We recognize that whenever we interact with a customer, through a
phone call, letter, e-mail or meeting, an impression is made. Every interaction is a reflection of ourselves as well as a
reflection of the university.
Administrative Services will provide high-quality customer service via fair, courteous, and professional treatment by providing accurate,
current and consistent information in a timely manner and being
considerate of customer concerns and needs.
