In order to process your application and administer and service your account, any company within the Atelier Capital Partners group may obtain, use, process and keep a record of personal data on you and the individuals named in this form and transfer or share such data to our group companies, professional advisers, third party administrators, third party data processors, credit reference agencies (“CRAs”), intermediaries, administration companies and our group funders and their professional representatives and advisors on a worldwide basis, who in turn may obtain, use, process and keep a record of personal data. We will perform credit and identity checks and searches on you and the individuals named on this form with one or more CRAs via third party data processors. To do this your personal information will be supplied to CRAs and they will carry out a search using that information and give us information about you. This will include information about your financial situation and financial history from your credit application. CRAs will supply to us both public (including the electoral register) and shared credit, financial situation and financial history information and fraud prevention information.

CRAs will also link your records together and these links will remain on your and their files until such time as you or your partner successfully files for a disassociation with the CRAs to break that link.
