THERE IS A BIOWASTE SOLUTION
Nature controls it’s waste by aerobic composting. The breakdown and recycling and reusing of biowaste over a long period of time.
At Biowaste Solutions we have imitated this process and with the help of modern technology sped this process up to be completed between 48 and 72 hours depending on the waste.
The end product can either be burned as a carbon neutral fuel in biomass boilers and turned in electricity or used as a safe nutrient rich compost.

THERE IS A BIOWASTE SOLUTION
Bio Energy Digesters (BED) can be produced to any size capable of handling 50kg/day up to 00’s of tons of waste per day using a continuous feed system.
BED’s can completely eliminate up to 95% of waste depending on the end use. Water is also extracted, ozonated for purification and reused.
BED’s can also be fitted with ozone injection systems to treat and make safe and immediately usable human waste eliminating pathogens and micro organisms left behind by current treatment methods.

Multiple BED machines can be built into a building to handle larger quantities of waste.
The machines are fed from a central conveyor system and call for organic waste as needed.

To set up a central multiple BED biowaste collection station Household bio waste will be collected as normal and delivered to the
central collection point Packing and storage shed waste will be collected as normal and delivered
to the central collection point Farm waste such as cane waste, rather than being burnt will be baled and
delivered to the central collection point Food industry biowaste will be collected as normal and delivered to the
central collection point All waste will then be mixed, fed through our multi digester system,
injected with ozone and either burned, carbon neutral, within a biomass boiler for energy or tested for N,P,K nutrients and sold as nutrient rich compost back to farmers at a discounted rate for those who supplied waste or exported to middle eastern countries for use as a soil replacement
