Deciding on a colour scheme
Complementary colours sit opposite each other on the colour wheel. For example, the complementary colour for red is green. Using complementary colours can give a striking effect.
Harmonious colours sit next to each other on the colour wheel. For example, purple and orange work in harmony with the red. Using harmonious colours will give a more gentle effect.
Colour schemes are important for ensuring your graphics have the right look and feel.
