Aggettivi monosillabi short – shorter (than) – the shortest

Finale in vocale + consonante big – bigger (than) – the biggest

Finale in consonante + y busy – busier (than) – the busiest

Aggettivi polisillabi relaxed – more relaxed (than) – the most relaxed

Comparativi e superlativi di minoranza - less / the least + agg: less short (than) - the least short

Aggettivi irregolari - Good/well – better (than) – the best

Bad – worse (than) – the worst

Far – further (than) – the furthest

Comparativi di uguaglianza

(not) as...as...

Positivo – My house is as big as Anna’s – La mia casa è grande quanto quella di Anna.

Negativo – My house is not as big as Karen’s – La mia casa non è grande quanto quella di Karen.
