Rent-A-Room features and benefits:
1. Trial stays are welcome (minimal rental fees applied) up to maximum 7 nights for long term guests (3 months
and above).
2. Customize rental pricing for daily stay (minimum 2 nights stay) and monthly stay.
3. Dining table, kitchen, fridge, microwave, washing machine, and water filter provided in common area.
4. Rent includes gas, electricity & water, ceiling fan, and basic furniture.
5. Rooms are clean, tidy, and quite with Golf Course and Resort view.
6. Pest control every 3 months (free from ants, cockroaches and rodents)
7. Bi-weekly cleaning service (common areas)
8. Viewing of room is welcome (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY).
