ARM® creates customer file in database, stores commissioning data. Tells panel Date+Time of maintenance ‘visit’.

02:00 – Control Panel calls ARM® computer at the installer’s service desk and uploads the maintenance history
How ARM® Works
Control Panel updates its internal maintenance history with detailed, vital information including:

System voltage & current, battery condition, zones on test,
zone inactive, zones deliberately isolated, sounder status, wiring integrity and much, much more
PC sets date and time for panel to make the next ARM
maintenance call
The panel prompts the user to perform routine sounder
test and walk test. The results are stored in the
maintenance log.

ARM® PC analyses site information and compares results with database record. Finalises report and prints it out.
Thinking…
Service Desk operator mails reports to customers, and schedules engineer visits to sites where corrective action has been highlighted.
