Our consultants are experienced working with Fortune 1000 companies through to smaller specialist firms. They understand that every organisation and person has their own requirements and ideals when it comes to hiring.
We excel in understanding your specific requirements by ensuring there is the right balance of the hard critical skills required, alligned to the company culture, along with the soft skills required to be a successful hire within the team.
We would need to firstly agree our terms of business and by requesting a resume or interviewing a candidate you will be bound by our terms of business.
Our consultants begin working immediately, brainstorming with their teams and drawing upon candidates that they have spoken with in the past or have met either socially or professionally.
Following this the mapping process begins where our teams will look at companies, regions and demographics that may contain the relevant skillset. Once this has been mapped out our teams take on different responsibilities in order to achieve a more targeted approach. The team will work through our extensive database and continue to contact potential candidates as well as using a number of other in-house tolls based around our specific human resources technology.
Once we have our long list of potential candidates we begin our interview and screen process to get our shortlist down to the most relevant candidates.
